Information About Issuance of Vehicle Computerized Number Plates for Old and New Vehicle. 

Issuance of computerized number plates have been started in Punjab for old vehicles (cars, bikes and commercial vehicles etc). If computerized number plate for your car or motor bike has not yet been issued, you can get it just by paying the fee at the office of Motor Registering Authority. If your number plate has been broken or lost, you can also get issued a duplicate number plate by paying the fee. Price of computerized number plate for car and commercial vehicle is Rs.1200 while for rickshaw and motor bike is Rs.750.

How to Make & use Pakistan Sehat Card?

Step 1: Check your Eligibility

 SMS your National Identity Card number to 8500, to check your eligibility in the program.

Example: Create new sms and type your CNIC # (36102-1234567-1) send it 8500

 

Step 2: Get your Pakistan Sehat Card

In case you have been declared eligible, you can receive your Pakistan Sehat card from the card distribution center developed in your district.

• Determine the empaneled hospitals for Prime Minister National Health Program.Take the following documents when you visit the empanelled Government/ Private hospital.

  • Pakistan Sehat Card

  • Original CNIC

 Step 4: Use your Pakistan Sehat Card to get treatment

After reaching the empaneled hospital you may approach the dedicated PMNHP representative counter for further assistance.The PMNHP staff shall verify your Pakistan Sehat card, and will guide you to the relevant hospital department for the treatment.

 

 Step 5:   Get the treatment free of cost

The cost of treatment after the patient has been admitted in the hospital shall be charged from the Pakistan Sehat Card.

NOTE: This facility is only available in case of patient needs an admission in the hospital

How To Make Pakistan Passport or Method of Making Passport

Old Passport (if any)  Policy Ordinary Machine Readable Passport is issued to all citizens of Pakistan. Validity The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports will issue the Machine Readable Passport (MRP) valid for five years & Ten years subject to fee deposit. Passport having full validity of 5/10 years can be issued to the applicants even if existing passport has not completed its validity. However, a statement mentioning the reason for obtaining a new passport before its expiry may be obtained from the applicant. The existing passport may be cancelled and returned to the applicant. All other formalities may also be completed. Jurisdiction of Regional Passport Offices According to the existing passport policy the first ever passport will be issued only from the Regional Passport Office in whose jurisdiction the permanent or temporary address of the applicant as recorded in CNIC falls. Applicants of subsequent passports can be entertained by the Regional passport Offices in Pakistan on the basis of temporary address (not given in CNIC) of the area which falls within the jurisdiction of those offices. However, such present addresses must be complete and attested by a Gazetted Officer bearing the CNIC & Telephone number of attester below his by name stamp. The Government servants / Armed Forces personnel / Employees of autonomous / Semi Government bodies / Corporations and their family members are exempted from the restriction of jurisdiction (family members include wife, children & dependents parents). Passport to the Spouse & family members may also be issued from the Regional Passport Office in whose jurisdiction the address of the Spouse is not recorded on CNIC/NICOP, but address of the husband recorded on his CNIC falls within the jurisdiction. Student may be extended passport facilities on production of proof of the institution where he is studying. All zonal heads are empowered to condone the condition of jurisdiction on merit of each case subject to production of proof of residence of the applicant.
