software is being develop. This technique is successful when the size of
organization is small or medium. Because it take lot of time.

The process of finding facts about an
organization by designing a question paper is call quetionaries.It take less
time as compare to interviwes.So it can be used when the organization size is
large.
Ø Observation
The process of physically observing the activities of an organization are called observation. Observation is a complex activity. Which difficult to understand through interviews and quaternaries.
Ø Record Reviews
The process of observing previous
files record of an organization .Instead of interviews questionnaires and
observation is called record reviews. It is best approach when any part of
organization is unaccable or sensitive.
Ø Sampling
Sampling is a technique in
which a particular part is use for analyses instead of all organization. This
Technique is most suitable where an organization is divided into small groups.
So only one representative of each group is used for analyses.
